Elite Credit Consultants LLC provides credit repair, credit building, business credit, tax preparation, bookkeeping, LLC/nonprofit/trust formation support, website and logo design, and related consulting services. A separate written service agreement governs the specific scope, fees, and deliverables of each engagement.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information; respond to requests in a reasonable time; and not use our services for any unlawful purpose. You retain responsibility for the accuracy of information you submit to the IRS, state agencies, or credit bureaus.
Fees & Billing
Fees, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are stated in your written service agreement. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
No Guaranteed Results
Credit repair, lending, and tax outcomes depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific credit-score increase, item removal, refund amount, or funding approval.
Intellectual Property
All site content, branding, and materials are the property of Elite Credit Consultants LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Credit Consultants LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees you paid us in the prior six months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
